Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mysite-name's tyre fitting and vehicle servicing across England. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any services to ensure a clear understanding of our operations, customer responsibilities, and the service process.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our vehicle services-whether through enquiries, quotations, or appointment booking-you agree to these terms. Our tyre and mechanical services operate in compliance with relevant UK trading standards and automotive industry practices.

We provide professional tyre fitting, wheel balancing, brake servicing, and general vehicle maintenance through our skilled technicians across England.

2. Service Scope and Realistic Outcomes

Our services include tyre repairs and replacement, wheel balancing, brake maintenance, alloy wheel repair, and related vehicle services. We focus on providing quality work that meets industry standards for safety and performance.

While we provide professional vehicle services, final results can be influenced by vehicle condition, component wear, and manufacturer specifications. We use appropriate techniques and quality parts to achieve the best possible outcome based on your vehicle's needs.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service outcomes, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Disclose any known vehicle issues or concerns
  • Respond to service recommendations in a timely manner
  • Ensure vehicle accessibility for scheduled appointments
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service

Clear communication and timely responses help us maintain service schedules and meet safety standards.

4. Vehicle Assessment and Recommendations

Our technicians will assess your vehicle and provide honest recommendations for necessary work. We prioritize safety-critical issues and will advise you of any concerns found during inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that pose safety risks or require work beyond our technical capabilities.

5. Quotations and Service Confirmation

Quotations are provided based on the initial vehicle assessment and are valid for 30 days. Service confirmation requires acceptance of the quotation and may require pre-payment for parts ordering. Work begins once services are confirmed and any required payments are received.

Additional work identified during service may affect pricing and completion timelines, which will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

6. Service Authorization Process

For identified issues beyond the originally requested service, we will seek your authorization before proceeding. Verbal or written approval of additional work authorises us to proceed with the recommended services.

Emergency safety repairs may be performed without additional authorization if we cannot reach you and the vehicle is unsafe to drive.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless credit terms have been previously arranged. Deposits may be required for large orders or extensive repairs, with balance due before vehicle collection.

Late payments may incur interest charges and affect future service scheduling. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received.

8. Service Timelines

Service timelines are estimates based on current workload, parts availability, and job complexity. We provide realistic timeline estimates during quotation but cannot guarantee exact completion dates due to potential service variables.

Emergency repairs may be available for urgent safety issues at additional cost, subject to workshop capacity.

9. Quality Standards and Workmanship

We perform services to industry quality standards with attention to safety, precision, and manufacturer specifications. All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days from service completion.

Quality concerns should be reported within 7 days of service completion. We will address legitimate workmanship issues through repair or rework at no additional cost.

10. Parts and Components

We use quality parts from reputable suppliers to ensure reliability and safety. Customers may supply their own parts, but workmanship warranties will not apply to customer-supplied components.

We cannot guarantee parts sourced from outside our approved supplier network and may decline fitting non-standard components.

11. Cancellation and Changes

Appointments may be cancelled without charge with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges for allocated workshop time. Once parts have been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, and costs incurred will be charged.

Service changes after work has begun may incur additional fees and affect completion timelines.

12. Vehicle Collection and Storage

Completed vehicles should be collected within 2 working days of service completion. Storage charges may apply for vehicles left beyond this period without prior arrangement.

Risk remains with the customer for vehicles and contents left at our premises, though we maintain appropriate security measures.

13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the work performed. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions, unrelated faults that develop after service, or issues arising from normal wear and tear.

We maintain appropriate liability insurance and follow industry best practices in our workshop procedures.

14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
